What SBA Loan Connect is (and isn’t)

SBA Loan Connect is an independent marketplace that uses public U.S. Small Business Administration loan data to help business owners find SBA lenders. We are not a lender. We do not make loans, approve loans, set loan terms or make credit decisions. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Any loan is between you and the lender you choose, under that lender’s terms.

No guarantee of results

Lender matches, rankings, calculators, estimates and eligibility information are provided for general information. They are not offers, approvals, commitments to lend or guarantees of any rate, term or outcome. Lenders make their own decisions and may require information we don’t collect.

Not financial, legal or tax advice

Our content is educational. It is not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Consider talking to a qualified professional about your situation.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate, current information; to use the site only for lawful purposes and on behalf of a business you own or are authorized to represent; and not to interfere with the site, scrape it in violation of these Terms, or misuse other users’ information. You must be at least 18 years old.

Communications and consent

By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by email about your request. If you separately agree, we and lenders may contact you by phone and text as described in the consent you accepted. You can withdraw consent to texts by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy.

Lenders and compensation

Lenders may pay us a referral fee when a loan closes or a fee to advertise on our site. Partner lenders are labeled, and How We Rank Lenders explains how partner status is treated. We are not responsible for lenders’ products, decisions, communications or conduct.

Third-party sites

Links to other websites, including SBA.gov and lenders’ sites, are for convenience. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for them.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, design, data compilations and trademarks belong to SBA Loan Connect or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t copy, republish or create derivative works without permission. Public SBA data remains public.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SBA program rules change; confirm current requirements with your lender and the SBA.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SBA LOAN CONNECT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR FINANCING, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SBA Loan Connect against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version applies when posted, with a new “last updated” date.
