For lenders

Get borrowers that fit what you actually fund

In short

SBA Loan Connect sends lenders borrowers who match what they actually fund. We rank lenders using the SBA's public loan data, so the businesses we introduce fit your real lending footprint: your industries, states and loan sizes. Partner lenders are clearly labeled, and borrowers choose who they talk to.

How does the partnership work?

  1. We review your SBA lending history and the programs, states and loan sizes you want.
  2. We agree on a referral arrangement (paid only on closed loans) and any advertising placement.
  3. Borrowers who match your lending footprint can choose to connect with you, with their request and consent records attached.

Who do you work with?

SBA 7(a) lenders, Certified Development Companies (504), credit unions and non-bank SBA lenders.

Frequently asked questions

How do lenders work with SBA Loan Connect?

Through a referral agreement, where a fee is paid only when a loan we referred closes, and optionally through advertising on our site. Both are disclosed to borrowers, and partner lenders are labeled.

Does partnering change where we rank?

No. Rankings come only from SBA lending data, so the borrowers we show you are the ones your lending history fits. See how we rank lenders.

How are referral fees on SBA loans handled?

Any compensation connected to an SBA loan is disclosed as SBA rules require, including on SBA Form 159. We work with each partner to keep referral arrangements compliant.
